Quality

     We offer a 10-year warranty on all our products.  We guarantee your blind or shade to function properly for ten years from the date of purchase.  The function part of this warranty covers all head-rail components and cording.  This warranty covers failure during normal usage and is not warranted for failure caused by abuse, accidents, or consistent misuse.  This warranty applies to the original purchaser of the blind and is not transferable.  For blinds installed by San Pedro Blinds, we will perform warranty service at your location for the first year of this warranty.  After the first year, we will come to your location to perform warranty service for a trip charge.  All other warranty service will be performed at our place of business free of charge.

     * For wood blinds:  the wood slating in your blind is covered for a period of five years against warping and finish problems.
